Problem - Sometimes I do things or act in a certain way that I should not or I think I should not, Whatever it is I want full control of myself.
Two Major Examples of it are:-
1 My actions are out of my control
2 I do think a lot about my actions
These two will cover all your psycho shit.

I have some feelings that make me do it - Now we know how are feelings and emotions generated and these can be molded in a way you want them ( if you don't know about it read previous articles on this page).
So, the fundamental chain is like what you can see in the picture.
There are 3 things:-
a) Feelings - Meditate Regularly and Spend time alone and it will be under your control after some time.
b) Actions - Control yourself and also suppress your emotions to a certain extent and you know your extent in my case it's my dharmic norms.
c) Overthinking - It will stop automatically once you focus on the above two.
