Ques: Emotions - How to take Charge of them?

  • Right now these are out of control as you don't do what you should do and what you do is, feed your emotions.

Ques: You are talking shit with people, sharing what you should not share, why?

  • Just because it feels heavy, "You so weak bruh!".

Ever thought why it feels heavy, because of a lack of existential philosophy, Work on it.

  • Ok! Even though it feels heavy you should talk to a person who is worthy of listening or to someone who will forget it as soon as you leave as in both these cases you are safe and you will trick your emotions as well.

  • Or if it's nothing from the above two just keep quiet, be strong, and keep your shit to yourself.

Ques: "As discussed before in previous articles I keep on saying emotions are nothing but a consequence of Situations.

So, what to do exactly?

  • You have two options either Suppress 'em or Share 'em

To Suppress - It's okay to a certain point, the point till you feel heavy and it's about little things as if done more than that it can cause issues.

  • Share- with people of trust Not Completely, Not Everything but to a particular extent.

If you do it more I mean you share your stuff more it is a downward loop and you will keep on going down.
