Your Mood, MAN, Bhaav, and emotions are not under your control.

Basically, you are not under your control, you might have seen people who do what is required, who eat what is good for them but you just can’t.

Do you know why?

There is a simple reason behind it, you haven’t figured it out yourself yet. So, go for it, here I am presenting to you one dimension of figuring out yourself by yourself and taking charge of your emotions.

Your Emotions are nothing but a consequence of some scenario or happening that happened to once or some ideology or philosophy that is in your roots, “That too has taken birth by scenarios by the way”.

So, you are Biology + Philosophy (The Golden Fundamental of Tempered Thoughts)

Biology The traits which you have by Birth

Philosophy Which you developed yourself Intentionally or Unintentionally

Here is the Hack,

We wouldn’t suppress the emotions but will channel ‘em what happens is you talk about things to people that you should not, you do things not being conscious about them and it happens just because you still have that emotional Dynamism within you, If you are able to channelize your emotion in a certain way so as to channelize that dynamism into something productive and by doing that you can be conscious about your emotions you can achieve the personality traits you want in yourself.

Basically it’s Just Rearranging the Building Blocks you already have.

Ø Our Emotions Come into the actualizational Reality/realization via some liquids in the Brain called neurotransmitters.

The Four Major ones which affect you the most are: -

Dopamine - for the Rewards

Oxytocin – Love / Feeling alone

Endorphins – Pain Killer

Serotonin – Mood Stabilizer

We have quotas for each one of them like how much of it can we spend, how much of each can we accept from someone, it depends from person to person, keeping your quota in mind you will have to go through the process, Don’t worry while in application you will get to know your quota, limit or Benchmark for a particular Emotion.

Let’s start with Dopamine

It gets Secreted when you achieve something, So the smartest and simplest way to manage it is to set goals for yourself and achieve them, Start with small and then slowly move towards big goals, this way you will get a regular dopamine dose which will keep you motivated for bigger things and happy as well.

Oxytocin

You have certain things that you will feel like you should share with someone, and you may feel like having a partner in life, when it comes to these topics we can’t analyze things and most of the time the relationships happen out of your loneliness where you don’t know whether you like the person or not it’s just there is this urge to make a friend or partner, sometimes you are conscious about this need of yours and sometimes you are not.

You need a specific amount of serotonin secretion based on your biological and philosophical structure of traits, which is dynamism actually and you need to be able to channel this energy so that you do not feel this loneliness or the need to talk to someone which later becomes a downward spiral degrading your overall personality.

What you can do for it is: -

Divide the emotional burden that is stuffed in yourself

Talk to Family about things which you can

Talk to friends about things that you can

Rest talk to God and keep it to yourself - This will take away your dynamism though will have good relations with family and friends as well.

Start doing this and you will realize that you do not feel the urge to talk to that girl/boy just because you are lonely. Now you will feel free and full of energy which will Boost your Overall Personality.

See you will not remember it so, set times and meet with selected people at regular intervals.

Now the Third one is Endorphins: -

It’s your painkiller so, take it regularly, It secrets when you do something that enriches you and in return, it enriches your emotional being completely and your mind works at the fullest, one more thing is when you are sad it helps you come out of that zone, remember that all emotions are temporary and just a consequence of scenario around you so, don’t take them seriously.

What you can do for regular secretion of it: -

Meditate

Be with people who are calm and happy

Watch such content which makes you happy

Do Breathing Exercises

Laugh for no reason

The last one is Serotonin: -

It's your mood stabilizer, never let your mood spoil just because someone said something or something happened.

Show Gratitude

Be in Sunlight Daily

Eat a Healthy Diet – rich in fiber

Dark Chocolates
