Identification and sudden treatment of Anger is a must as it can lead to situations which you can't even think of but are watching around you overall you don't know the connection or maybe you know, let's see what is it?
When I am Angry I should sit alone and think about it for a minute and observe the situation, my behavior, the reason for anger, and then if it's under control, take it under control if it's not then let it go Basically act accordingly.
When you will give yourself a pause at the moment when you are angry you will realise that it's nothing but an irrelevant boost of emotion and you can easily control it.
If Not,
Just think about it If I am Angry I will face other people with the same mood knowingly or unknowingly, Every act of mine will reflect anger somehow as the feeling is still inside me and I haven't dealt with it yet.
I could have dealt with it just by talking to myself for a minute but now I am angry.
Next the person who has seen my very reflection of anger, there is a high probability that will reflect the same emotion to me directly or indirectly based on his behavior.
He may carry his mood to someone else and the chain may go on and on till a conscious person gets into it.
Not only this if I do not realize the situation in the early stages after a span of time it becomes a personality trait. ------- "A Short-Tempered Man"
So, it's good to realize it and talk to yourself aloof as soon as you come across it.
Anger happens when something happens not the way you desired it to happen,
a) If it's something that is in your control - work on it why Angry?
b) If it's something out of your control - let it go Why Angry?
